Joining the company in 2012 at a critical post-crisis moment, he architected a comprehensive restructuring that led to a threefold increase in the scale of the business. His leadership was instrumental in implementing an ambitious growth strategy, which included plans to more than double the company’s commercial footprint from 34,000 m² to 80,000 m². This experience, operating within a private equity framework, gives him invaluable insight into the entire investment lifecycle, from professionalization and rapid scaling to preparing a portfolio company for a profitable exit.

Mr. Bielski’s expertise extends directly into the technology and governance sectors crucial for modern investment. He provides strategic oversight as a member of the supervisory board for METAAGENT AI S.A., a firm specializing in technology and business consulting. Furthermore, he is a proven champion of integrating robust ESG principles into corporate strategy. At Etos, he implemented a mandatory “Code of Conduct” for all suppliers, which explicitly banned child labor and was enforced through rigorous audits by the external firm SGS. As a Partner at Wealth Management Partners, he is also deeply involved in asset management and financial advisory, rounding out his profile as a manager adept at creating and supervising value across diverse sectors.

He started Fund collaboration with the Dfinity Foundation the Fund gained a technological partner in blockchain space and was also invited to participate as a Judge and Partner in the Gamedev and Metaverse track at the Supernova hackathon in 2022. This successful collaboration continues to this day and with the Dfinity Foundation granting approval for the establishment of ICP.Hub Poland in 2023 it is poised for future growth. In his daily role as Business Development Manager, Jakub manages Partner relationships, acquires new Partners and oversees project submissions from entities seeking funding. He actively monitors gamedev trends, particularly AI utilization and tokenization.

He gained experience in renowned law firms providing advice on commercial and corporate law. He is an expert in company law, M&A transactions, and international law. A practising foreign lawyer in the United Kingdom, he advises on English corporate and commercial law to major Polish entities operating in the market of England and Wales. In the Polish market, he has advised international and domestic companies in the real estate, energy, environmental protection, food, press, financial, and new technology sectors and has supervised corporate governance in capital groups.

He has conducted numerous joint venture projects involving international investors, comprehensive mergers and acquisitions of enterprises, and processes of holding reorganisations. He combines knowledge of commercial law and securities law with expertise in accounting and financial matters.

He is the author of scientific and press publications on commercial law, restructuring, and compliance. He holds mediation credentials obtained from the Mediation Centre of the Polish Bar Council.

As a legal advisor, he specializes in corporate services and has qualifications in the field of legal advice on new technologies (IT) and intellectual property, particularly in the context of financial services. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working for both domestic and international financial institutions, technology providers, and investors. In the past, he has taught at the University of Wrocław, the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the Medical Center for Postgraduate Education. He has published numerous articles on law and management in the specialist press.
