Kurt has spent close to 10 years in the asset class, primarily in his own entrepreneurial role as an independent consultant, acting on behalf of Project Sponsors to identify, analyse, negotiate, and manage both individual phases and the whole of the project lifecycle, of boutique to mid-market real estate development projects in Australia.
His proficiency extends across several sub-disciplines of the field, understanding real estate development from financing, construction; risk, cost, and project management perspectives, having acted as a fiduciary or consultant in close to $1B AUD in aggregate of real estate equity, debt, and construction transactions.
Kurt holds a Bachelor of Property from Bond University.
